TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONFERENCE BOOKING

  • Once a booking is confirmed, the company requires the client to pay 50% deposit to our account before the meeting and clear the balance on or before check out
  • Once a given number of participants are booked for a conference, seminar or meeting, the company shall invoice payment as per the booking for the first day, thereafter invoicing shall be done as per the attendance.
  • In case of cancellation, no refunds shall be made in an event when a client fails to notify the hotel of any changes that warrants them not to show up.
  • ONLY guests who promises to issue a cheque or cash of the full amount on check out day, can be allowed to send an LPO/LSO for commitment.
